Zusammenfassung

Aerotek is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair industrial equipment in a modern manufacturing environment in Eaton, OH. The role uses CMMS on an iPad to manage work orders and maintain detailed digital records, with a strong focus on electrical, pneumatic, and CNC systems.

The position involves 30% preventive maintenance and 70% reactive repairs on production and facility equipment, including lasers, motors, spindles, and PLCs.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to safely work with 24V/480V electrical systems.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical systems with voltmeters/multimeters.
• Working with Lock Out Tag Out protocols.
• Troubleshooting electrical components and drives in industrial equipment.
• Reading blueprints, schematics and work instructions.
• Maintenance on CNC equipment or similar industrial machinery.
• Repairing motors, bearings, gear boxes, spindles.
• Using iPad or handheld devices to log maintenance activities.
• Performing preventive and reactive maintenance in manufacturing.
• Willingness to work 3rd shift (11:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.) and bring basic personal tools.

Aufgaben

• Receive and manage work orders using a CMMS on an iPad.
• Log problems, diagnoses, repairs and resolutions in MaintainX.
• Read blueprints and schematics via iPad.
• Perform ~30% preventive and ~70% reactive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot pneumatic systems and air leaks.
• Adjust tooling and components on CNC machines to maintain accuracy.
• Repair motors, bearings, gear boxes and spindles.
• Diagnose and repair 24V/480V electrical components and PLCs.
• Change cards and components in PLCs as directed by engineering.
• Daily checks and oil changes on air compressors, cranes and forklifts.
• Support general facility maintenance as needed.
