Job summary

Bronson & Bratton, Inc. is seeking a CNC Maintenance Technician in Burr Ridge, IL. The role requires a minimum of five years of experience maintaining CNC machines and PLC systems in a high-precision tool and die shop.

The candidate will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex equipment while performing preventative maintenance and alignment adjustments. Applicants must read and interpret electrical schematics and service manuals, with strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills.

CNC Maintenance Technician with a minimum of 5 years of experience needed for a family-owned climate-controlled high precision tool &die shop.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot & Repair: Fix CNC machining centers, PLC systems and production machinery
• System Diagnostics: Resolve electrical, mechanical, PLC systems and production machinery
• Routine Maintenance: Complete scheduled preventative maintenance upkeep and precise machine adjustments
• Technical Blueprints: Read and interpret electrical schematic, wiring diagrams and service manuals

Role Requirements

• Experience: 5 + years in CNC machine or industrial maintenance, PLC systems is a must
• Technical Skills: Strong diagnostic capabilities across mechanical and electrical systems
• Blueprints: Proven ability to read complex schematics and technical documentation
