Job summary
Entegris is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for our Decatur, TX facility to provide advanced CNC maintenance services and support production goals. The role involves hands-on repair, vendor coordination, and ensuring maximum machine reliability across various CNC systems and brand equipment.
Responsibilities include installation, upgrades, and repairs; self-diagnosis of complex tool problems; programming PLCs for Fanuc and Mazatrol machinery; leading PMs with OEMs; and contributing to
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1+ years machine tool maintenance background.
- Familiarity with Gib and Way Scraping and Turcite installation.
- Mechanical aptitude with ball screws, worm gears, transmissions.
- Electrical aptitude with safety circuits, timers, HMIs, etc.
Responsibilities
- Work on equipment installation, relocation, upgrades, and repairs.
- Self-diagnose machine tool problems and lead repairs to completion.
- Program PLC ladder logic and keeper bits to diagnose Fanuc and Mazatrol machinery.
- Lead facility capital projects and comprehensive FMEAs to improve processes.
- Schedule and coordinate with OEMs for PMs and repairs as needed.
- Operate Lathe and Mill for custom fabrication and update SOPs.
