Job summary

Ao-Precision-Manufacturing-LLC is seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Mechanic to troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on CNC machining centers and related equipment. The role focuses on maximizing uptime and supporting production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, experience with CNC equipment, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on CNC machines and manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and lubrication system issues.
• Troubleshoot machine breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Replace worn or damaged machine components.
• Perform machine alignments and mechanical adjustments.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
• Assist with machine installations, relocations, and equipment upgrades.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders.
• Work closely with production personnel to resolve equipment issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
