Advanced Machine & Engineering Co. is seeking a full-time, 1st shift Machine Maintenance Mechanic to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machinery and production equipment in a diverse manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical skills with at least five years of hands-on experience diagnosing CNC alarms and faults. This role emphasizes safety, documentation, and teamwork to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on CNC troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Experience diagnosing CNC alarms and fault codes.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical CNC issues.
• Troubleshoot CNC alarms and fault codes to restore operation.
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Read electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Maintain maintenance records and parts usage.
• Follow safety and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Occasional after-hours support as needed.
