Job summary

SHIVELY DIVERSIFIED MANAGEMENT SERVICES, LLC is seeking an experienced CNC Maintenance Technician in Michigan to troubleshoot and repair CNC machinery, both mechanically and electrically, with hands-on expertise. 2–3 year technicians are welcome for smaller repairs.

The role offers 6:00 AM–4:30 PM hours with potential 12-hour days and occasional weekends, depending on workload; pay ranges from $25.00 to $40.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

Hands-on CNC maintenance experience and ability to troubleshoot CNC systems.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Electrical troubleshooting proficiency on CNC machinery.
Experience with CNC drives, sensors, relays, and pump systems.
Familiarity with Allen Bradley PLC controls and ball screw/ spindle repairs.
Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.

Responsibilities

Replace and repair ball screws.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues on CNC machinery.
Perform spindle repairs.
Troubleshoot sensors, drives, and relays; basic repairs.
Troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLC controls.
Troubleshoot pump systems.
Perform B-axis rebuilds.
Diagnose and repair electrical issues.
Provide preventative and corrective maintenance on CNC equipment.
