Job summary

Western Forge & Flange Co is seeking a maintenance technician to service CNC lathes and mills at our Cleveland, TX facility. You will troubleshoot and repair plant equipment including forklifts and forging machinery, dismantle access points, lubricate parts, and adjust devices to ensure continuous operation.

The role requires a minimum of two years in CNC maintenance, ability to operate lifting devices, and strong instruction-following and priority-management skills in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years in CNC machine maintenance (lathes/mills).
• Must be able to operate a forklift and lifting devices.
• Ability to follow instructions and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of plant equipment, utilities, buildings, and grounds.

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance of CNC Lathes and CNC Mills.
• Troubleshoots and repairs plant equipment such as forklifts, lathes, forging equipment.
• Dismantles devices to access and remove defective parts using hoist, cranes, hand tools, and power tools.
• Lubricates and cleans parts.
• Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments.

• Performs general maintenance of CNC Lathes and CNC MIlls
• Troubleshoots and repairs plant equipment machines such as forklifts, lathes, forging equipment among others
• Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts, using hoist, cranes, hand tools, and power tools
• Lubricates and cleans parts
• Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments

Desired Requirements

• Must be able to communicate both in writing and orally as it relates to the job
• A minimum of 2 years in CNC Machine (Lathes / Mills) maintenance required
• Must be able to operate a forklift and lifting devices
• Must be able to follow instructions and have the ability to manage a range of priorities
• Must possess knowledge of plant equipment, utilities, buildings, and grounds
