Job summary

A manufacturing company is seeking a CNC Maintenance Technician to work on 2nd and 3rd shifts. The ideal candidate will manage troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance for CNC equipment and robotic systems. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in automated equipment maintenance, possess a High School Diploma, and ensure safety compliance. Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years’ experience in maintenance of automated equipment.
• Ability to work independently or within a team environment.
• Understanding of CNC and PLC controls is a definite plus.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

• Working knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical and mechanical principles.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting and repair of CNC equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Maintain and repair industrial equipment including welding and machining.
• Support continuous improvement processes throughout the plant.
• Perform general repairs around the shop.
• Maintain and repair industrial equipment, including welding, fabrication and machining.
• Support Continuous Improvement processes throughout the plant.
• Participate in problem solving events.
• Participate in professional development as needed.
• Use lock out, tag out procedures.
• Safely operate fork truck.
• Support the Plant 5S strategy.
• Demonstrate lifting and rigging knowledge.
• Safely use ladders and personal lifting equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment in accordance with procedures and regulations.
• Perform all work in compliance with MFC, OSHA and related safety rules.

• Must be willing to work overtime when required.
• Working knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical and mechanical principles
• Understanding of CNC and PLC controls is a definite plus
