Job summary

Pankl Aerospace Systems in Cerritos, CA is seeking a Senior CNC Maintenance Lead to take ownership of daily CNC maintenance, troubleshooting, and a proactive preventive maintenance program. You will lead a growing maintenance team and partner with production to keep complex turning and multi-axis equipment running smoothly.

Ideal candidates bring 7–10 years of hands-on CNC maintenance, strong electrical/mechanical skills, and leadership experience, with Siemens SINUMERIK or similar controls

Qualifications

7-10 years of hands-on CNC maintenance experience.
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Experience reading electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic diagrams.
Proficiency with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of daily CNC maintenance and breakdown troubleshooting.
Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program.
Establish maintenance backlog and work with suppliers.
Lead and mentor the maintenance team.
Coordinate with production on maintenance schedules.
