Job summary
Panek Precision Products, a large Northbrook based automotive manufacturer, seeks an Experienced CNC Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on plant equipment. The role involves analyzing problems, updating logs, and coordinating with sub-contractors while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of CNC and manufacturing maintenance experience.
- Proficient with Fanuc and Siemens controls systems.
- Familiar with hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, electrical and plumbing work.
- PLC troubleshooting a plus.
- Able to read maintenance schedules and technical drawings.
Responsibilities
- Maintain plant machinery following a preventive maintenance schedule.
- Analyze and troubleshoot equipment problems as they occur.
- Recommend improvements to quality, efficiency, safety, or communication.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance and Production Managers on enhancements.
- Keep maintenance logs updated and accurate for each piece of equipment.
- Maintain a stocked tool room and a clean, safe work area.
- Coordinate subcontractor work while following safety practices.
