Job summary

Dielectric Manufacturing in Richfield, WI is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician Lead to support CNC machine shop operations as a working lead. This role performs hands-on preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC equipment and facilities, while leading a fellow maintenance technician and developing WIs/SOPs.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in maintenance, knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and fluid power systems, and lead experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical training preferred.
• 3–5 years maintenance experience, CNC/precision machining.
• 2+ years lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with Haas and Brother machines is a plus.
• Experience creating or maintaining WIs/SOPs; KPI reporting a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor maintenance team with hands-on direction.
• Prioritize repairs and preventive maintenance per production needs.
• Develop and maintain WIs and SOPs for maintenance tasks.
• Track maintenance KPIs and report to Plant Manager.
• Enforce safety protocols and PPE usage on the team.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines and shop equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Operate forklifts and follow LOTO procedures.
