Job summary

Leoforce in Sidney, Ohio is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for the 3rd shift to set up and operate VMCs, read blueprints, and ensure tight tolerances. A minimum of five years in manufacturing is required, with strong math and mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Machinist in manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Proficient in using and operating VMC machines.
• Strong math skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Work well under pressure and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate VMC machines to drill, grind, and mill as required.
• Read blueprints and translate instructions into machine commands.
• Load materials, inspect parts, and measure for conformance.
• Maintain machine logs and perform routine servicing.
• Adhere to safety protocols and SOPs; work in a team environment.
• Support continuous improvement and quality goals.
