Job summary

Hydrasearch, a U.S. manufacturer in Stevensville, MD, seeks an experienced CNC Machinist to set up and run vertical and horizontal mills, refine G & M codes, and ensure parts meet blueprints and GD&T specifications. You will document production, monitor quality, and work with the Quality Dept.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of CNC Setup and Operation experience on vertical and horizontal mills.
• Ability to read complex blueprints and interpret GD&T.
• Proficiency with precision hand tools and shop math.
• Ability to stand 8+ hours and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely set up and operate CNC mills (vertical and horizontal).
• Load programs, set speeds/feeds, and monitor production.
• Inspect parts with calipers, micrometers, and gauges to match specs.
• Maintain equipment through routine cleaning and maintenance.
• Document production logs and quality results.
• Follow PPE and safety policies.
