Accelera is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist Toolmaker for 1st shift at their Morristown facility. This direct-placement role offers a competitive hourly rate, sign‑on incentive, and comprehensive benefits within a supportive team environment.

You will operate manual and CNC mills and lathes, fabricate complex mold components, and ensure parts meet strict tolerances while maintaining equipment and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in machine shop environments with manual and CNC mills and lathes.
• Ability to program CNC lathes.
• Familiarity with MasterCam is a plus; EDM experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate milling machines, lathes, and related precision equipment.
• Fabricate and restore intricate mold components and cavities for production goals.
• Inspect parts to verify precision requirements.
• Troubleshoot machining challenges to maintain quality.
• Perform assembly, fitting, and routine maintenance of shop equipment.
• Maintain a safe, tidy workspace and keep accurate records.
• Occasional travel to support external facilities or vendors.
• Lift and handle materials up to 35 lbs.
