Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience with CNC machines preferred.
• Must be able to read blueprints and use measurement devices such as micrometers and calipers.
• Willingness to work in all areas of the tool room, including machining, die polish, and shop floor work.

Responsibilities

• Operate tool room equipment to fabricate components and maintain machines to reduce downtime.
• Read part drawings and follow specifications with limited guidance to ensure quality.
• Support root cause analysis, inspections, and TPM initiatives to improve safety and productivity.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and document maintenance activities to high standards.
