Job summary

Watts is seeking a detail-oriented machinist to operate CNC lathes and milling machines in our Franklin, NH manufacturing facility. You will monitor multiple machines and collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure parts meet specifications.

Third Shift 9pm–5:30am with overtime as needed. Requires high school diploma or GED, experience with measuring tools, and blueprint reading. Join Watts to contribute to safe, reliable water solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, plug gauges, and other measuring tools.
• Experience reading blueprints.
• Basic math skills.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathes and milling machines.
• Monitor multiple CNC machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Perform machining tasks as directed by the Supervisor.
• Check and document product specifications with QA and the Supervisor.
