Watts Water Technologies is seeking an experienced Machinist (2nd shift) for our Menomonee Falls, WI facility. You will lead complex CNC machining, perform advanced setups on CNC and manual machines, and drive improvements in cycle times, quality, and safety. Mentoring junior machinists is part of the role.

The successful candidate has 7+ years of machining experience, strong fault finding, and adherence to safety standards. On-site work with standards-compliant operations available.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of machining experience with lathes and mills.
• Ability to develop and optimize CNC programs and perform advanced setups.
• Strong focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and optimize complex CNC programs to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
• Perform expert-level setups on CNC and manual machines including multi-axis systems.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle times and enhance safety.
• Train and mentor junior machinists and apprentices.
• Ensure parts meet quality standards using precision measurement tools.
