Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in CNC machining.
• 5+ years operating CNC machinery.
• Proficient in Esprit CAD/CAM software.
• Strong ability to read data, perform arithmetic, and use shop math.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and edit CNC programs (Okuma mill-turn) for hardware.
• Prioritize tasks to meet customer dates and deliver quality parts.
• Manage and load CNC cutting tools for programs.
• Deburr parts on-machine to improve quality.
• Perform preventive maintenance weekly/monthly.
• Keep shop organized and clean with 5S practices.
• Document data and test plans at each stage.
• Suggest improvements in machining techniques and tooling.
