Responsibilities

Prioritize daily tasks to meet customer deadlines while delivering high-quality parts.
Manage CNC cutting tools; ensure proper loading and readiness before execution.
Perform on-machine deburring to improve part quality and reduce manual work.
Conduct weekly and monthly CNC preventative maintenance.
Maintain 5S practices and overall shop cleanliness and organization.
