Job summary

Prince Industries, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machinist to manufacture precision metal components on CNC turning centers for aerospace applications.

The role involves operating Twin Spindle / Twin Turret machines from Eurotech and Mori Seiki, reading blueprints, and ensuring parts meet specifications. Qualified candidates will have 2 years of experience with Twin Spindle / Twin Turret setups and CNC machining, plus proficiency with Fanuc controls and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 2 years setup and operating Twin Spindle/Twin Turret.
• 2 years precision CNC machining.
• Experience with Fanuc controls.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret process plans and blueprints to determine machining requirements.
• Use inspection instruments to check work per print.
• Complete job-related paperwork (part id, inspection docs, production log).
• Perform basic equipment maintenance (coolant levels, filters, fan operation, cleaning).

Job Summary

Manufacturing Precision Metal Products on CNC Turning Centers. Qualified to operate Twin Spindle / Twin Turret machines manufactured by Eurotech and Mori Seiki. Machining metallic and nonmetallic workpieces for the Aerospace Industry by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Read and interpret process plans, and blueprints to determine necessary machining, dimensional specifications, and operating requirements.
• Utilizes various types of inspection instruments to check work per print.
• Completes necessary job-related paperwork to include part identification, inspection documents, and production log.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance: proper coolant levels, filters, fan operation, cleans machine, etc.

Education & Experience

• 2 Years - Setup and Operating Twin Spindle / Twin Turret
• 2 Years - Precision CNC Machining
• Experience with Fanuc Controls
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Physical Job Requirements

• Regularly required to stand and reach the duration of shift, 8 hours.
• Occasionally required to walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or bend.
• Frequently required to perform repetitive or short-cycles work.
• Regularly lift, push, or pull up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Strong work ethic: Willing to work OT to meet tight deadlines as needed.
• Understands and observes all necessary safety procedures: safety glasses, shoes, ear protection, machine interlocks, lifting guidelines, etc. as designated in specific work area assigned.

Compensation:

$29 - $35/hr (based on experience)
