Job summary

Prince Industries is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to produce precision metal parts on turning centers for aerospace and other industries. You will read process plans, inspect parts, and maintain documentation to ensure quality and traceability.

The role requires setup of Twin Spindle/Twin Turret machines and proficiency with Fanuc controls. Applicants should have 2+ years of CNC machining experience, be fluent in English, and capable of basic machine maintenance while meeting tight deadlines

• 2 Years - Precision CNC Machining
• Experience with Fanuc Controls
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret process plans, and blueprints to determine necessary machining, dimensional specifications, and operating requirements.
• Utilizes various types of inspection instruments to check work per print.
• Completes necessary job-related paperwork to include part identification, inspection documents, and production log.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance: proper coolant levels, filters, fan operation, cleans machine, etc.

JOB SUMMARY

Manufacturing Precision Metal Products on CNC Turning Centers. Qualified to operate Twin Spindle / Twin Turret machines manufactured by Eurotech and Mori Seiki. Machining metallic and nonmetallic workpieces for the Aerospace Industry by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 2 Years - Setup and Operating Twin Spindle / Twin Turret
• 2 Years - Precision CNC Machining
• Experience with Fanuc Controls
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.

PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Regularly required to stand and reach the duration of shift, 8 hours.
• Occasionally required to walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or bend.
• Frequently required to perform repetitive or short-cycles work.
• Regularly lift, push, or pull up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Strong work ethic: Willing to work OT to meet tight deadlines as needed.
• Understands and observes all necessary safety procedures: safety glasses, shoes, ear protection, machine interlocks, lifting guidelines, etc. as designated in specific work area assigned.
