Mi-Tech Tungsten Metals is seeking skilled CNC Machinists for our 2nd shift operations who want to grow with us. The ideal candidate will set up machines, verify new programs, and troubleshoot issues.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Install tooling and work holding into CNC equipment following setup instructions.
• Set up CNC machines with correct work holding, tooling, and parts.
• Troubleshoot programming issues.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and team members.
• Inspect and maintain equipment.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of CNC setup or related machining experience in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and computer skills.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and documents.
• GD&T understanding is a plus.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
