Nashville Display in Nashville, TN is hiring a CNC Machinist / Robotics Machine Operator. You will train to program, troubleshoot, and optimize robotic welding equipment in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

Earn up to $24/hour during training, with rapid increases as you develop advanced robotics skills. Ideal candidates have strong computer skills, experience with 3D modeling software, and the ability to read blueprints and a tape measure.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Conduct test runs and adjust programming to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Read blueprints and use a tape measure to verify dimensions.
  • Collaborate with team to resolve production challenges and support improvements.
  • Maintain a safe, organized work area and adhere to production goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Train to program, troubleshoot, and optimize robotic welding equipment.
  • Set up robotic welding cells, fixtures, and jigs for production runs.
  • Perform machine changeovers and assist with robotic system setup and calibration.
  • Monitor weld quality and make programming adjustments to improve performance.
  • Utilize blueprints, technical drawings, and measurements to support programming and production activities.
  • Work with AutoCAD files, 3D models, and robotic programming software to develop and refine programs.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and accurately use a tape measure to ensure quality and precision
  • Conduct test runs and fine-tune robotic processes to maximize quality, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve production challenges and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain a safe, organized work environment while meeting production goals and deadlines.
