Qualifications

• X+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focusing on CNC or EDM machining.
• Ability to lift 50lbs and work at heights or in confined spaces.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or legally admitted refugee.

Responsibilities

• Setup and operate CNC controlled machines for precision parts.
• Program Agie Charmilles wire and sinking EDM machines.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to standardize production processes.

Skills

CNC programming using offline software

Agie Charmilles EDM machines

Interpret engineering models and drawings

Blueprint reading including GD&T

Digital tools proficiency

Education

High School diploma or GED

Trade school degree or equivalent experience

Tools

UG, Esprit, or MasterCam software

CMM programming/operation
