Qualifications

• 3-5 years CNC machining experience with at least 2 years programming.
• Strong GD&T and blueprint reading skills.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and G-code programming.
• Experience with 4/5-axis machines is a plus.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC milling/turning/multi-axis machines.
• Develop CNC programs using CAD/CAM software.
• Interpret blueprints and GD&T to meet specifications.
• Perform first articles, test runs, and adjust programs for tolerances.
• Maintain tooling lists and document programs for repeat jobs.
