Outsource Vista in Houston, TX is seeking experienced CNC Machinists and CNC Programmers for immediate placement. The role focuses on setting up, programming, operating, and inspecting parts on CNC mills and lathes with strong emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in CNC machining, be fluent with complex drawings, and possess programming experience. This is a full-time position offering a comprehensive benefits package and immediate start.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience with mills or lathes.
• Strong ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Experience programming CNC machines preferred.
• Proficient with precision measuring instrumentation.
• Solid understanding of feeds, speeds, tooling and processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot machining problems independently.
• Capable of working both independently and in a production team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes.
• Program and edit CNC machines as required.
• Read and interpret drawings and blueprints.
• Select and install cutting tools and set offsets.
• Perform machine setups and adjustments.
• Inspect finished parts with precision instruments.
• Maintain tolerances and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and perform basic maintenance.
• Follow safety and production procedures.
