W3Global is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to operate, program, inspect, and troubleshoot CNC machinery in our Minnesota manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with a strong commitment to quality and safety.

The role requires setting up CNC machines, interpreting drawings and work instructions, and performing welding/drafting tasks when needed. On-site work in Chatfield, MN with emphasis on precise, safe production.

Qualifications

• Prior CNC machinist experience with ability to program machines.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and mathematical skills for geometry and tolerances.
• Analytical problem solving and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to work independently and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Program and operate CNC machinery to produce parts per specs.
• Read work instructions, drawings, and production requirements.
• Set up CNC machines and control manufacturing processes.
• Inspect equipment, materials, and finished parts for quality.
• Troubleshoot CNC programs and machinery issues.
• Analyze problems and identify effective solutions.
