• Program with precision by developing, editing, and fine‑tuning CNC programs and setting up fixtures.
• Set machine origins, work offsets, and tool lengths to spec for reliable starts.
• Turn prints into real‑world results using blueprints and method sheets.
• Machine components to tight tolerances with squareness, concentricity, and finish.
• Collaborate with Engineering on custom jobs and process improvements.
• Select and load tools, perform first‑piece runoffs, validate setups.
• Measure in‑process and finished parts with micrometers and calipers.
• Train fellow machinists on setups and best practices.
