Job summary

Marathon Electric seeks an experienced CNC Operator to join its Missouri manufacturing team. You will operate CNC lathe or mill machines, read blueprints, set up tooling, and ensure tight tolerances with precise gauging. ERP data entry and documentation are required daily.

You will collaborate with supervisors and programmers, perform quality checks, and maintain a clean, safe workspace with attention to safety and continuous improvement. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC lathe or CNC mill with basic setup knowledge.
• Able to read and interpret work instructions and blueprints.
• Demonstrated ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Willingness to work safety-focused manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathes or mills to machine components per blueprints.
• Set up tooling and fixtures, install and adjust programs.
• Inspect own work for dimensions and quality; document results.
• Enter data into the ERP system and maintain production records.
• Collaborate with supervisors, programmers and team to resolve issues.
