Job summary

I&M Machine and Fabrication is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our family-owned shop in Missouri. The role focuses on running horizontal/vertical mills and lathes, programming parts, and delivering parts to tight tolerance.

You will set up parts, program and operate CNC machines per specifications, perform routine maintenance, and work with minimal supervision while contributing to a small, dedicated team. We offer base salary plus benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Strong machining knowledge and ability to read blueprints.
• Experience with CNC programming and setup.
• Experience with horizontal/vertical mills and lathes.

Responsibilities

• Set up parts in the machine
• Programming/operating CNC machine per part specifications
• Milling and boring parts to machine tolerance specs
• Regular machine maintenance
• Works independently, but as part of a time with minimal supervision
• All other duties assigned
