Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathe or mill machines per process sheets and blueprints.
• Set up tooling and fixtures, load programs, verify calibration.
• Inspect own work for dimensions and document results.
• Enter data into ERP system and support continuous improvement.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout the shift.
• Coordinate with supervisors and teammates to resolve production issues.
