Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; machinist training preferred.
• Minimum basic reading/writing ability and mathematical aptitude.
• Experience operating CNC lathes and mills; blueprint interpretation essential.
• Proficient use of precision measurement tools (Dial indicators, Micrometers, Calipers, Comparator).
• Able to work in a manufacturing environment and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and repair precision components per drawings or verbal specs.
• Design and build jigs, fixtures, and tooling to improve efficiency.
• Set up, operate, and maintain machine tools; troubleshoot when needed.
• Maintain inventory of tooling and spare parts; minimize downtime.
• Adhere to safety policies and ensure a clean, organized workspace.
