ProMach, Inc. — Sentry Equipment in Forest, VA — is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to operate manual and CNC machinery, read blueprints, and produce precision parts to engineering drawings. This onsite role emphasizes setup, measurement, and safe, efficient production.

You'll be responsible for equipment maintenance, tool offsets, and following Lockout/Tagout and safety procedures while contributing to a productive team with generous benefits and stable hours.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints with fractions/decimals.
• Use measuring instruments such as micrometers, dial indicators, calipers.
• Operate and set up CNC and manual machines.
• Source materials and purchased parts for projects.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand blueprint drawings (fractions / decimals).
• Understand measuring instruments to use (micrometers, dial indicators, calipers).
• Source materials and purchased parts for projects.
• Perform basic machinery maintenance as needed.
• Make minor tool wear and depth offsets.
• Set up and operate CNC equipment to machine parts to specs while maintaining production.
• Follow safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout.
