Job summary

You will manufacture parts from drawings, inspect with precision gauges, and collaborate with Quality and Engineering to ensure part integrity. The role requires a HS diploma or GED and 2+ years in CNC milling/lathe/router machining, with basic CAD-CAM programming and blueprint interpretation.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in CNC milling/lathe/router machining.
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and sketches.
• Basic/intermediate math skills (geometry, trigonometry).
• Knowledge of machining processes and tool design.
• Experience with PTFE or plastics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up a limited scope of CNC machines with supervision.
• Write basic programs for CNC machines with supervision.
• Manufacture parts from drawings or blueprints.
• Inspect work with micrometers, calipers, and other gauges.
• Deburr and perform basic tool recalibration and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Quality and Engineering teams.
