Job summary

Enprotech is seeking a CNC Lathe/Mill Operator to set up and run precision machining on lathes and mills in a fast-paced environment. You will read blueprints, select tools, and determine speeds and feeds to meet tolerances.

Collaboration with engineers and quality checks are required. Requires five years of CNC experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to work 2nd shift (2:00pm–10:30pm) Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years’ experience in operating CNC lathes and/or mills.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, and engineering drawings.
• Set-up and operate CNC lathes and/or mills.
• Program and adjust machine for contour-path machining.
• Drive quality checks using in-process inspection tools.
• Collaborate with engineers to produce parts to specifications.
• Prepare instruction sheets and cutter lists for setup and operation.
• Work second shift from 2:00pm to 10:30pm, Monday–Friday.
