Job summary

Magna Powertrain seeks an experienced CNC Operator to manufacture quality parts per prints within a MAFACT team. You will operate CNC machines, perform offsets and tool changes, and assist with line setup and documentation to meet customer specifications.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 2–3 years CNC experience, and strong math skills. Overtime or alternate shifts may be required in a busy plant environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years CNC operating experience required.
• Advanced knowledge of turning and milling.
• Must have good shop math skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machine independently with minimal supervision.
• Make minor offset adjustments and tool changes to maintain part conformance.
• Meet production requirements in a timely manner and document outputs.
• Train new employees and participate in team/MAFACT activities.
