Qualifications

• Experience CNC machining of aluminum, steel, wood and plastics.
• 1+ year measuring to ±0.001” tolerances.
• Blueprint reading and measuring from prints required.
• Dependable, good work history, and team player.
• HAAS machines experience is a plus.
• Aerospace experience is a plus.
• Manual lathe or press brake experience.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
• Able to work after-hours when required.
• Strong work ethic and focus.

AeroDynamic Aviation is seeking a CNC Machine Operator. This individual will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines in a production setting. Ensuring part integrity and quality according to established procedures is a key part of this role.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and fixturing raw material for machining.
• Upload programs for CNC operations.
• Make required tool changes and offsets to achieve proper specifications.
• Make minor program changes as may be required to achieve proper specifications.
• Accurately measure machined parts to prints and BOMs.
• Comfortable with blue print reading.
• Other capabilities desired or helpful include manual lathe, press brake, or roll form skills.
• Programming ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in CNC machining of aluminum, steel, wood and plastics.
• Previous experience with CNC Machining and set-up is a must with programming as a plus.
• One year plus experience with measuring to .001” tolerances.
• Blueprint reading and measuring from prints are a requirement.
• Dependability, working well with others and good work history are a must.
• Experience working on HAAS machines is a plus.
• Aerospace experience is a plus.
• Manual Lathe or Press Brake experience.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Ability to work after-hours when required.
• Strong work ethics and ability to stay focused is a must.
