Job summary

Pivotal Health Solutions in Watertown, SD is seeking a CNC Machinist to operate, set up, and maintain CNC mills, lathes, and saws to produce high-precision components. You will read technical drawings, select tools, and ensure quality through precise measurements and adjustments.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of experience in CNC machining or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines including mills, lathes, and saws.
Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job instructions.
Select and install appropriate cutting tools and fixtures.
Monitor machine operation and adjust feeds, speeds, and tooling as necessary.
Conduct quality checks using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on machinery.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Complete production records and follow quality assurance procedures.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure product standards are met.
Performs other duties as assigned.
