Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Advanced technical education a plus.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Machine parts to specifications using lathes, milling machines, shapers, or grinders.
• Operate basic machine tools and advanced variation tools for precision machining.
• Measure, examine, or test completed units for defects using precision instruments.
• Position and fasten work pieces.
• Operate equipment to verify operational efficiency.
• Clean and lubricate machines, tools, and equipment.
• Dispose of scrap material per company policies and environmental regulations.
• Separate scrap waste for reuse or disposal.
