Dynamic Engineering in Watertown, SD is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our precision machining team. You will set up and operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet tight tolerances in a modern, collaborative shop.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a CNC Machinist.
• Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics and technical drawings.
• Solid knowledge of machining practices, tools and materials.
• Experience with CNC programming and operating various CNC machines.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a variety of CNC machines to produce precision parts per blueprints and work orders.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and precision of finished parts.
• Adjust and fine-tune machine settings for optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the machining process.
• Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and productivity.
