Arnold Machine is seeking a CNC operator to support our machining department in Ohio. You will operate CNC mills and lathes to machine precision parts and ensure parts meet print specifications.

You will set up work, select tooling, program and edit CAM programs, and adjust speeds and feeds. The role requires reading blueprints, knowledge of G-Code, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with a cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CNC Mills and Lathes; HAAS and Mazatrol Controls a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Mills and Lathes.
• Set up work, select tooling, program and edit programs, and adjust speeds and feeds.
• Machine parts and inspect parts, verifying measurements and tolerances to print specifications.
• Routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Work independently while coordinating with other team members.
• Work on multiple projects and contribute as part of a cross-functional team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with team members.
