Arnold Magnetic Technologies is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set up and operate multi-axis CNC lathes with live tooling and CNC mills, ensuring production efficiency and high part quality. The role requires reading blueprints with GD&T, performing tool changes, and making minor NC edits as needed.

You will work on multiple machines, taking precise measurements with indicators, micrometers, and calipers while maintaining documentation of inspection data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical training in CNC setups and operation.
• 3–5 years of experience setting up and running CNC lathes and mills.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.
• Proficiency with measuring tools and basic computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Set up, operate and debug CNC lathes and mills.
• Make offsets and minor NC code edits to maintain quality.
• Identify tool wear and perform tool changes as needed.
• Read process sheets and drawings with GD&T.
• Operate multiple machines and manage daily tasks.
• Record inspection data and perform basic maintenance.
• Maintain clean work areas and follow procedures.
