Champion Personnel is seeking experienced CNC Machinists/Set-Up Operators for a medical manufacturing facility in Westlake, Ohio. The role requires setup and operation of CNC mills and lathes, reading blueprints, and producing precision components in a clean, temperature-controlled environment.

We value hands-on setup experience, tooling adjustments, and the ability to work with programmers and engineers to resolve machining issues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience, including machine setups.
• Experience reading blueprints and machining specifications.
• Ability to read micrometers/calipers and use precision gauges.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
• Perform tool changes and machine offsets as needed.
• Monitor operations and troubleshoot issues.
• Inspect finished parts with precision measuring tools.
• Maintain production records and ensure quality.
