Webco Manufacturing, Inc. in Linwood, KS is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our machining team. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate ($30.00 - $40.00) and a supportive, employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• Able to work 7am-3:30pm, M-F.
• Ability to perform basic math and follow instructions.
• Accurately interpret Geometric Tolerance.
• Strong analytical skills, precision, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.
• Read blueprints, perform measurements, gauging, and inspections to ensure quality.
• Understand and comply with ISO 9001.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean and maintain machinery and equipment.
