Webco Manufacturing, Inc. in Mission, KS, is seeking a CNC Machinist to join its machining team. The role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with pay ranging from $30.00 to $40.00 per hour.

You will operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet tight tolerances. We are an employee-owned company with an ESOP, offering a comprehensive benefits package, quarterly bonus potential, and opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, M-F.
• Basic math and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to interpret Geometric Tolerance.
• Strong analytical skills, precision and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Use precision and cutting tools and equipment (drill press, lathes).
• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.
• Read blueprints, perform measurements, gauging, inspections to meet quality standards.
• Understand and comply with ISO 9001 regulations.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean and maintain machinery and equipment.
