Job summary

Webco Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our Machining team in Paola, KS. The role focuses on precise, efficient operation of CNC mills and lathes to meet customer specifications.

You will read blueprints, perform measurements, and inspect parts to ISO 9001 quality standards. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with competitive pay and benefits in an employee-owned environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, M-F.
• Perform basic math and follow instructions.
• Interpret Geometric Tolerance accurately.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Use precision tools including drill presses and lathes.
• Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce items.
• Read blueprints, perform measurements and inspections.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and ISO 9001.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean and maintain machinery.
