Job summary

Webco Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our Machining team in Shawnee, KS. The role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with hourly pay ranging from $30.00 to $40.00, depending on experience.

You will operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet exacting tolerances. We offer ESOP ownership, a broad benefits package, quarterly bonus potential, paid time off, and opportunities for OT.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, M-F.
• Basic math and ability to follow instructions.
• Accurately interpret Geometric Tolerance.
• Strong analytical skills, precision, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Use precision and cutting tools such as drill presses and lathes.
• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce parts.
• Read blueprints, perform measurements, gauging, and inspections.
• Understand and comply with ISO 9001 regulations.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean and maintain machinery and equipment.
