Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years operating CNC mills and lathes.
• Experience setting up CNC equipment for production operations.
• Proficient with precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings to ensure product quality and conformity.
• Set up and operate machines efficiently by following instructions from Engineering and Programming.
• Work with Lead to improve accuracy of work instructions and programs.
• Support and assist fellow operators as needed.
• Communicate issues quickly to resolve NCRs, paperwork issues, setup and cycle time issues.
