WEBCO MFG, based in Basehor, KS, is seeking a CNC Machinist for a Monday–Friday shift from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. The role involves operating CNC mills and lathes, reading blueprints, measuring parts, and ensuring all output meets quality standards.

The environment is air-conditioned and employee-owned with ESOP, quarterly bonuses, and a strong benefits package. Candidates should have at least two years of related experience and solid math and machining skills.

Formación

• 2 years of related machining experience.
• Ability to work 7am–3:30pm, M-F.
• Ability to perform basic math and follow instructions.
• Accurately interpret Geometric Tolerance.
• Strong analytical skills, precision and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.
• Read blueprints, perform measurements, gauging, and inspections to ensure quality.
• Manufacture parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean and maintain machinery and equipment.
• Understand and comply with ISO 9001 requirements.
