Webco Manufacturing, Inc. in Overland Park, KS, is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our machining team. This role operates CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts, with a 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM schedule, Monday through Friday.

We emphasize efficiency and quality, with ESOP ownership, a robust benefits package, and opportunities for overtime; quarterly bonuses are possible and a supportive, air-conditioned shop environment.

Qualifications

• Two years related experience.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, Mon-Fri.
• Basic math skills and blueprint reading.
• Interpret Geometric Tolerance (GDT) to spec.
• Strong analytical skills, precision and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Use precision tools and equipment (drill press, lathes).
• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes to produce parts.
• Read blueprints, gauge, and inspect to meet specs.
• Understand ISO 9001 requirements.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean and maintain machinery.
